Twitter Adds the New Analytics Feature for the Tweets
Twitter added new analytics feature recently which shows the number of views on your tweet. This is similar to most famous platforms like YouTube that shows the views on videos.
#Twitter now returns the number of views a tweet has. I think they're going to launch it soon! pic.twitter.com/t0YVp9M0S2

Elon Musk wrote about this new feature in a tweet, “Twitter is rolling out View Count, so you can see how many times a tweet has been seen! This is normal for video. Shows how much more alive Twitter is than it may seem, as over 90% of Twitter users read, but don’t tweet, reply or like, as those are public actions.”
The feature is going to help the users similarly like a YouTube. Where the content creators get to see the analytics about how much their video is viewed by users. For others this might bring opposite effect; showing them how less views they get than what they actually expected.
All users will have access to check the views of any tweet not just their own. The feature will take some time before it is available for everyone on the twitter.
No one knows how this will turn out in the future. Just a week ago, Twitter was suspending accounts for tweeting the link to their Instagram, which didn’t last long. Similarly they also updated the cashtag system where you can see the stock or cryptocurrency by typing tags like $GOOG or $ETH into the search bar.
